About me
Hi! I’m Nina, a freelance writer and translator based in Bordeaux, France.
I’m originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but in the last decade I have been lucky enough to also call Tokyo, Paris, and now Bordeaux, my home.
Traveling has been the most eye-opening gift of my life, but before I ever left California, I satisfied my cultural curiosity through literature. In fact, it was my love for books that most inspired my career in the written word.
Equipped with a Dual BA in Sociology and Modern Literature, 2 years of English teaching, and 5+ years of professional freelance writing, I bring ample experience, a keen eye for language and grammar, and a multicultural perspective to each project I undertake.
In my professional relationships, as in my personal relationships, I value open-minded and multicultural exchange and hope to use my skills to bridge cultures and unite communities.
